US Domestic:
Standard Shipping: 7 - 15 days
USPS Priority Mail: 7 - 13 days
USPS Priority Mail Express: within 12 days
International Shipping: Calculated at the checkout step. Please note that shipping time does not include handling time.

International Buyers - Customs and Duties:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary by country and are the buyer's responsibility. Kindly check with your country's customs office for information on additional costs.

Estimated Time of Arrival:
All items are made-to-order, ensuring the best quality for each customer. Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time), excluding holidays observed by the Post Office.

Estimation Time Frames:
- Production Time: 1-2 business days

Please note:
- A tracking link will be sent to your email once the order is ready to be shipped.
- Personalized orders may require additional time for customization.
- During high volume periods like holidays, processing and delivery times may be delayed. Your patience is appreciated.

Order Tracking:
Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your package's journey. Allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

Incorrect Address:
Ensure the correct address is provided during checkout to avoid delays or delivery issues. We are not liable for orders delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender. Returned orders will be donated to charities.

For orders returned due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will be required for resending. If you contact the carrier to redirect your parcel after it has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
