Returns & Refunds

Cardholder is eligible for a refund for 14 days after purchasing a service or a product.

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, they cannot be returned or exchanged once placed. Customization begins immediately after an order is placed, making it impossible to make changes to personalized details such as size or color.

In the event of an error on our part, we will promptly rectify the issue and send you a replacement product. Please note that refunds are not offered in such cases, as customized products contain exclusive information tailored to you and cannot be resold. Your understanding is greatly appreciated!

Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have entered the processing stage after placement.

Please be aware that personalized orders enter processing immediately after completion, making adjustments impossible. Kindly double-check all details before finalizing your order.

Free Replacement

This policy applies to packages that show no movement for over three weeks or significantly exceed our estimated time of arrival. If the shipping address is correct, you will receive a free replacement promptly.

Additionally, we take full responsibility within 30 days of order arrival in the following situations:

1. Products damaged or faulty due to issues with our factory or the carrier.
2. Items that are significantly different from what you ordered, such as inaccuracies in customized information.

Replacement Process:

To initiate a replacement, please email us with the following details:

- Order number and your email address
- Video/photo evidence of the defective product
- For printing errors, include photographs of the issue
- For sizing discrepancies, include a measuring tool in the images of affected garments

Upon confirmation by our customer service team, a new product will be sent to you. We believe that replacements offer the best resolution and, therefore, do not offer refunds in these cases.

Please Note:

We typically do not accept replacements for errors made by customers, such as providing an incorrect or incomplete address. Ensure your address is accurate before completing your purchase. Please allow for a 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item received, as lighting during photography or monitor displays may cause slight color variations.

Replacement with Small Fee

In certain instances, replacements can be sent for a small fee compared to the original price. This applies when you receive the wrong item, design, or size due to incorrectly provided customization details. You are not required to return the defective item in these cases.
