Order Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to yourcustomn@outlook.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If your cancellation request is approved, you can expect to receive a full refund from us within 3-5 days.

Please understand that we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after the 24-hour window has passed. This is because your order details may have already been forwarded to our manufacturer for processing and preparation for shipment.

We kindly ask for up to 24 hours to respond to your cancellation request. If, by any chance, we overlook your email and your canceled order still arrives, PRESENTSHOME will provide you with a full refund. In such cases, please ensure that you return the parcel to us promptly.

Exchange Orders

Similar to our Order Cancellation Policy, customers are only able to exchange orders within 24 hours of placing the order.
